I just signed an executive order

\”I just signed an executive order expanding unemployment benefits for Connecticut workers who previously were ineligible for the federal Lost Wages Assistance program\”.

With this change, those who previously were ineligible will now receive more than $2,000 that they can use to support their families.

Next, we need Congress to step up and pass another COVID relief bill that includes enhanced unemployment benefits during this difficult time.
