This Is The Problem When You Don’t Take Action

Higher Repair & Replacement Costs – Ignoring moss can lead to expensive repairs or even premature roof replacement.

Shingle Damage – Moss retains moisture, causing shingles to deteriorate, crack, or curl.

Water Damage & Leaks – Trapped moisture can seep under shingles, leading to roof leaks and costly repairs.

Mold & Mildew Growth – Excess moisture promotes mold, which can spread to your attic and home interior.

Structural Damage – Prolonged moisture exposure can weaken the roof deck and structural integrity.

Gutter Clogs – Moss can break off and clog gutters, leading to drainage issues and water overflow.

Pest Infestations – Damp moss creates an ideal environment for insects, rodents, and birds.

Reduced Energy Efficiency – Moss-covered roofs trap moisture and heat, making your home less energy efficient.

Decreased Curb Appeal – A moss-covered roof looks unkempt and can lower property value.

Shortened Roof Lifespan – Moss accelerates roof deterioration, reducing its overall lifespan.

I found Tafur after I saw their truck at a Home Depot in Norwalk. I took a picture and saved it when I was ready to schedule power washing. Their prices are fair. The reviews were all positive and they are responsive.

The crew was at the house for about 3-4 hours to power wash and clean windows. They did a phenomenal job. The difference was notable. Mildew was washed off the siding and the white trim was gleaming. I’m very pleased and will use them again and highly recommend.

I really needed to get my gutters done, and was needing it done sooner than later. Because of the rain, they were a little set back, however, their receptionist, Britney, worked with me daily to try to work something out and kept me updated. When they came, they worked quickly and honestly, they did a great job! They were much better than the last person I had do them (these guys made sure to clean everything and made it look nice - the other guys before that, I had to clean it up - ugh!), very kind and the price was just right. They will be my go-to next time I need my gutters clean and I'll try to not be so last minute. Thank you for a great job - everyone involved! Highly recommended!
